I have over 20 years of experience working in the Digital industry. Currently, I work as a Senior Product Manager for the BBC, improving products and services for our users by making sure that I not only maximise the business goals but I’m passionate about the users needs and making something they love.

Previously, I was a Senior UX Designer at BBC, where I Inspired and encouraged UX&D colleagues to create coherent user experiences across multiple products.
